Permanent Eyeliner Procedure
This procedure can take approximately 2 hours with minimal pain. Numbing cream is provided, if needed.
- Step 1: Lashes are cleaned with lash shampoo
- Step 2: Numbing is applied to the area for 20 minutes
- Step 3: Eyeliner is drawn to your desired shape using a toothpick and black pigment
- Step 4: A very thin needle is used to tattoo the eyeliner using a back and forth motion, to gently deposit the pigment into the skin.
